Enjoy free barbecue with the FoBo community tomorrow (August 4th) from 6pm-8pm. The official press release is here, but all you really need to know is that if this event is anything like last year’s was, then you can expect a lot of GW’s (and DC’s) finest flipping burgers and weiners to your delight. Definitely worth it to swing by and enjoy some free sodas, chips, burgers and dogs with a good mix of locals, summer students, random interns, and some of the most well armed people in FoBo. The event’s at 520 22nd St. NW (22+F). With an event like this, you never know who might show up, so don’t miss it.
