Too Soon: National Christmas Tree lighting tickets

The end of the Laura Bush era of Christmas trees.

Just an FYI, DC denizens — the lottery system the White House has set up to get tickets to the National Christmas Tree lighting ceremony. Log-in to http://www.thenationaltree.org/ from 12:01 am on Wednesday until 11:59 pm on Friday and register for the lottery. Registering early won’t really give you an edge, as the ticket winners will be selected randomly. There are also “only” 9,800, which will be distributed by November 15th. The tree lighting itself will happen on December 3rd.

No, you are wrong. Christmas starts immediately after Halloween. I unveiled Mariah’s song on Nov 2 this year.
