FoBo in the News

This week:  FoBoBlo solves the phone-snatching robbery problem, the FBA wants your help cleaning up the Potomac, and a local news editor shares his insight.

NBC Washington picks up on the recent uptick of cell-phone snatches in Foggy Bottom, and reports student claims that the only thing to help would be an officer on every corner.  GW UPD and MPD respond, but we think there’s an easier solution.

The Foggy Bottom Association calls on the community to pitch in to help with the Potomac River Watershed clean-up project next month.

The magic that happens at local restaurant Primi Piatti peaks the Prince of Petworth’s interest.  And Bier Magazine says Froggy Bottom is basement-chic.

A rally to support Rabbi Miller, recently fired from the GWU Hospital as part of a Holocaust Memorial Shooting/alleged gender-discrimination-complaint-retaliation controversy, happens today in front of the hospital.

We’re sorry we missed a talk with Davis Kennedy, editor of several local papers (including the Foggy Bottom Current) at the West End Library this past Saturday.
