This week in Foggy Bottom: the metro outdoes itself in crappiness, here comes a movie theater, and students suggest an improvement to the portion of FoBo which seems to have been set aside entirely for cars.
- The FoBo metro has really sucked this week, with lines that go down the block to get in, SmartTrip cards not working during morning rush hour, and — most ridiculous — flooding from the heavy rains yesterday.
- There’s been lots of talk about the old West End movie theater reopenning, and it looks like that talk is now a concrete plan! We <3 this.
- Some students propose a re-design to a part of Foggy Bottom most of us barely consider to be part of our neighborhood (largely because there’s nothing there but roads.)
