Pisco Sour from Ceiba

If you’re too busy celebrating your fun-employment to go out and get a pisco sour in the FoBo, I thought I’d share a recipe straight from mi madre. I have it on good authority, also,  that L St. liquor store, Barmy Wine & Liquor (1912 L St NW), has both pisco and a delivery service.

  1. 3 parts pisco
  2. 2 parts simple syrup
  3. 1 part lime juice
  4. 1/2 an egg white
  5. throw in blender with ice
  6. optional: dash of bitters
