Aroma: Indelibly Delicious Indian [FoBo Feed]
August 6, 2009
Aroma Restaurant has a tagline: Finest Indian Cuisine. That’s right, this Indian food isn’t just fine, it’s the finest. Lucky for us, Aroma does a good job living up to it’s name. In fact, it’s probably the best Indian food in FoBo (though it might be the only Indian food in FoBo…)
The place itself is a cozy two-level converted townhouse — the decor isn’t exactly BLT Steak, but it’s not McDonalds either. Instead, Aroma presents it as a perfectly authentic Indian fine-dining restaurant. What really drives it home though, is the fantastic flavors and prompt, attentive service. Luckily, prices match the decor better than they match the food. You can expect to pay anywhere between $15-$30. From samosas to mango lassis, Aroma does it all.
